2. Service Description

Prolab provides engine diagnostics, transmission expertise, and vehicle performance services in Malaysia. All services are subject to availability and technician assessment.

3. Liability Limitation

Prolab is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the service fee paid. Clients use our services at their own risk.

4. Payment Terms

• Payment is due upon service completion unless other arrangements are agreed
• We accept cash, card, and bank transfers
• Late payments may incur additional charges

5. Warranty Disclaimer

Services are provided "as is". Prolab makes no warranties regarding permanent repairs or performance improvements. Warranty terms vary by service type.

6. Data Privacy

Personal data collected is used solely for service provision and communication. We comply with Malaysian data protection standards. See our Privacy Policy for details.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance for full refund. Work already completed is non-refundable.

8. Intellectual Property

All Prolab content, including diagnostics reports and technical documentation, is proprietary. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

9. Modification of Terms

Prolab reserves the right to update these terms. Changes are effective immediately upon posting.
